The base trim is the 2018 Volkswagen Jetta S. It runs on a 1.4L turbocharged engine and gets up to 150 horsepower and generates 184 lb-ft of torque.
The standard transmission is a 5-speed manual, but there is an option for an available 6-speed automatic transmission with Tiptronic® and Sport mode for manually shifting without a clutch.
On its exterior it features LED Daytime Running Lamps as well as LED license plate lighting. For help with visibility during the winter, it also has heated power side mirrors to melt away snow and frost.
Inside there’s cloth trim seats and 60/40-split folding rear seats for access to trunk and convenient storage.
Up front there’s lots of information and connectivity in the Volkswagen Jetta S. In front of the steering wheel you can find information on your car’s performance with a Multifunction Display with trip computer.
A second screen is located on your dashboard and controls all your entertainment and navigation. This 5-inch color touchscreen is Bluetooth® compatible, but you can also connect to it through the USB port.
The feed from your Rear View Camera System comes through here too, so you’ll be able to see what’s behind you when you’re backing up.
For safety, the Volkswagen Jetta S features front and side airbags for the driver and front passenger, plus Side Curtain Protection® airbags in both the front and back. It’s also built to stop safely with Anti-lock Brakes and Hydraulic Brake Assist.

It shows this off with its exterior look. There are sport bumpers and black-painted side mirror caps to give it a more pronounced appearance. It’ll be seen and help you see better with its standard Halogen front fog lights.
Inside it adds adjustable lumbar support to the driver’s seat and a center armrest with cupholders to the back seat. The trim on the Volkswagen Jetta Wolfsburg edition is unique V-Tex leatherette material.
